A contemplation of wisdoms-- both spirit-in-nature and godliness in the body.
A cross-denominational focus group aimed at mind-body-spirit integration in a forum which seeks individual and interrelational peace.
A key focus of the group is our relationship to spiritual symbols.
How do they carry us?
Do they inspire, or impede us?
A meditated working-through to help observe the patterns of interaction between our bodies, our breath and our imagery.

CLEANSE, STRENGTHEN AND DEFINE
Over a series of workshops, we will work with the intention to understand, heal and strengthen the energy of the organs. References are Taoist understandings of the organs and their relationships to the cycle of elements and seasons of the year.
The meditations will link with an exploration of the LIMBIC SYSTEM.
This system contains some of the most ancient physical and emotional material--deeply ingrained patterns that can limit the healing process in both practitioners and clients. In order to reach a point of clarity and change in this system, it is necessary to provide a supportive structure to approach it. The limbic system will find it difficult to change if there is systemic weakness in the body.
Learn more about how your clients can heal whilst getting support and clearing in yourself.
Notes from the channelings will be documented in website format on the BodyEcology site, for research access by other practitioners.
HEALING IN TRANSITIONS:
supports and aids in the herbal and mineral world”
Zsuzsi will lead meditation groups on minerals, herbs, gems and natural foods that are particularly strong aids in transitions. These substances can help in metabolic healing processes with our clients.
The first meditation will be on Raspberry, in relation to the key prana points on the palate.
The group can decide which dis-ease groups it wishes to explore. Alternatively, we can be lead to meditate specific herbs, minerals or medicines.
Suggestions for collaborations welcome. Please contact zsuzsi@bodyecology.com.au for further information.
